Day 14: How Did I Do It? — The 30-Day LinkedIn Video Challenge

Day 14 of the #30DaysOfLinkedInVideoChallenge — and Andy Winskill asked a great question last week: how do I actually do it?

So rather than answer in text, I put together a video walking through my process — the setup, the editing workflow, and how I manage to keep going when the inspiration isn't immediately there.

The honest answer? It has gotten easier. The early days were the hardest. Finding something worth saying, every single day, is a discipline in itself — and one I had underestimated when I signed up for this. But a rhythm has started to form. And what I've noticed is that the act of committing to show up daily is doing something interesting: it is making me observe more. I am paying more attention to conversations, meetings and moments — always looking for the thing worth sharing.

If you're on the fence about doing something like this, my advice is simple: just start. The mechanics will figure themselves out.
